Detailed review of my Yanagiba

Great value on bundle

I was looking for a new set of knives and saw their bundle deal on a Tora Series set. The price was really competitive, especially with the discount I got. It included a chef knife and a utility knife, which is what I needed. For the quality of the steel and the sharpness, I felt like I got a lot for my money. Worth the investment for sure.

Got a good deal on a cleaver

Picked up a Damascus Steel Cleaver during their holiday sale. It was a pretty good price. Shipping took a few days longer than I expected but it got here eventually. The cleaver is really solid and sharp, handles big veggies and meats no problem. Happy with it.

I ordered a VG-10 Pro Chef Knife. The knife itself feels really balanced and super sharp, definitely professional-grade as advertised. Shipping took about 8 days to get to my place in Texas, which was a bit longer than I hoped. Customer service answered my email about the delay promptly, which was good. Overall, a solid purchase, but they could probably speed up their delivery a bit.
